Job Description
At Twitter, Revenue Strategy & Operations is a high impact, high visibility team whose mission is to drive strategic alignment and operational improvements across Twitter’s global advertising business. We partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product to drive strategic planning, identify new revenue opportunities, provide business critical insights, and improve internal productivity.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will drive operational best practices that shape the strategic direction of Twitter’s global business marketing and . You will have the opportunity to manage several projects that promote operational efficiency and revenue acceleration.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager with analysis related to resource allocation, and org structure design
Manage and support business projects - Run down cross-functional projects. Seek guidance/feedback on project plans. Identify and escalate as appropriate core issues.
Communication - Clearly articulate your point of view. Contribute in meetings. Bring challenges to team leadership and ideate solutions. Learn to build a case for change with support from more senior team members.
Take Ownership - Apply a “get things done” mentality to your work. Deliver projects on time. Drive process improvements within the team, understanding the bigger picture.

Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing (B2B and/or B2C), Technology, or Strategy Consulting industries
A highly proactive attitude, unafraid to run at problems and able to drive initiatives with minimal guidance and input
Exceptional cross-functional and relationship-building capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop visual and impactful executive level presentations
Experience successfully creating structure and setting processes for cross-functional teams
Demonstrated driver/ leadership experience
Familiarity with success metrics across marketing channels
Knowledge of user lifecycle, marketing funnel, marketing campaigns, and awareness of automation tools a plus
