Job Description
Twitter is looking for a Product Manager to join the Longform team. We’re focused on empowering writers and publishers to grow, understand, and engage their audiences. On the consumption side, we help customers dive into content aligned with their interests and engage in conversation with other readers paying similar attention. We love the sharing of news and knowledge that longform media delivers. We believe consumers want to support creators monetarily and with their feedback. It’s the conversation that will push published ideas forward.
You will have the unique opportunity to build and own greenfield projects that will innovate on the ways people create and consume threads, newsletters, and articles.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build a deep understanding of creator and consumer customer perspectives and the specific needs our team can help serve.
Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact customer solutions and contributes to important company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, user research, and data science.
Continuously capture insights from customer feedback, experiments, research, and analysis to iterate on the roadmap and improve the product.
Advocate for the customer as our team builds and improves its end-to-end longform content experience.
Help foster a phenomenal product culture within our growing, distributed team.
