Job Description
Summary Purpose
As part of the Global Accounts Receivable Team, the Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist role will deliver timely and accurate first level administrative resolution mangingbilling of clients and customers to ensure revenues are able to be realized. Moreover, they will liaise with customers to ensure timely and complete payment for Tii billed services in order to ensure company revenues are received and processed. The role will have direct communication with external customers along with various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs
Monitors the AR Inboxes for various legal entities; regular and timely management of customer communication resolving requests and queries by First Tier Resolution for both internal and external customers.
Completing Vendor Requests and managing customer portal registration
Supports Dunning activities, and cash collection process in a systematic and efficient manner to ensure optimal results and that client/customer payments are made
Uploading invoices, sending copy invoices and payment links to customers
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails to/from customers, following up on voice messages and requests for call backs.
Working with the Orders Team, AR Billing & AR Collection Specialists for sales order corrections, credit memos and prepayments.
Liaises with internal stakeholders to build effective relationships
Enables the business to meet its cash collection targets and needs
First instance query/dispute resolution for billing and collection queries or routing to appropriate billing or collections specialists
Monitoring of the Team Inbox to ensure timely response to all internal and external customer inquiries
Research and clearing of overpayments, duplicate payments, and customer credits; working with the Cash Apps team.
Perform account reconciliations
Work closely with a global Sales and the Sales Support team
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Ledger management of due and overdue accounts
Flexibility to around month-end and peak season.
Qualifications
Essential
1 year minimum AR experience
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time manage

Good level of Excel/Google sheet
