ExamSoft Worldwide is seeking a motivated and driven UX/UI Designer to join our expanding UX team in our dynamic, collaborative, and rapidly growing company. You will be designing user interfaces and interactions for mobile and web applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible user experiences.

This is a holistic design role as you will also be participating in user research to make informed improvements to the UI and interactions that match or exceed the user needs and expectations. ExamSoft is relentlessly focused on improving experiences for all facets of our customer base so expect to be evangelizing solid research and design processes and educating the cross-functional teams of design thinking best practices and modern design practices.

• Produce wireframes, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of UX ideas using design library.
• Design user interfaces & interactions for mobile, and web applications.
• Meet with cross-functional teams to understand product timelines, processes, systems, requirements and work within those specifications. 
• Consult and collaborate with team members (researchers, designers, and technologists) and stakeholders on designs, and requirements.
• Participate in all user research activities and help teams to arrive at insights.

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience (including internships).
• HCI, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking or related design degree.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practices.
• Knowledge of Desktop, Mobile & Web multi-platform application interaction design techniques and principles.
• Excellent understanding of principles of user research and interface design to build strong relationships with users.
• Effective communicator, presenter & evangelist of user-centered design.
• Ability to quickly produce wireframes, comps, and/or prototypes.
• Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and/or Invision experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, Fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile-based (responsive, iOS, Android) information architecture and responsive design.
