Job Description

We are growing our Data, Automation & AI capability within Real Estate Digital and are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant. You will help clients use data, technology, automation and AI to improve how they plan, manage and deliver complex programmes and business operations.

The role combines client consulting, problem solving and hands-on delivery. You will work with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

The Role

  • Lead client engagements, shape delivery strategy and provide technical delivery assurance.
  • Design and deliver data, analytics, automation and AI solutions that improve insight and performance.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications and end-to-end data processes.
  • Support the build and deployment of data systems and pipelines, including the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
  • Work effectively across client, business and technical teams in multidisciplinary delivery environments.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal writing and the development of client relationships.
  • Produce high-quality communications, documentation and presentations.
  • Champion innovation, growth and an inclusive culture through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of Turner & Townsend methods, documentation and reusable solutions.

Qualifications

Skills required for this role:

  • Experience in a consulting, professional services or client-facing data and analytics environment.
  • Experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, automation or AI projects.
  • Experience working with programme or project management systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to structure complex or ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience working across business and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics and modern data platform concepts.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Azure.
  • Experience identifying, prioritising and applying AI and generative AI use cases to business problems.
  • Understanding of LLM applications, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and written skills.
  • SQL and/or Python.

Desirable skills include:

  • Data engineering, integration, governance and data quality.
  • Process automation and workflow technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI or similar AI platforms.
  • Testing experience, including unit, integration, system and user acceptance testing.
  • Digital transformation or technology strategy experience.
  • Experience within real estate, infrastructure, construction, engineering or other complex project environments.
  • Current SC clearance.
