Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team to assist in the management of a construction program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Client executive leadership in prior support of data center construction programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the client team in overseeing the established data center program and ensure alignment with the program goals and objectives.
- Assist with maintaining and refreshing the program governance, processes and systems in line with client direction.
- Ensure that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.
- Interface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, program team members, general contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Assist with the flow of program information between team members / stakeholders.
- Attend relevant meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs as current.
- Development of detailed program plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items.
- Oversee and delegate on monthly reporting across various aspects of the Client's program.
- Preparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal program management reports, executive dashboards and other reporting requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals for new programs or variations to existing programs.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Assist with contract management and seamless release of scope to maintain program schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or field related to construction.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
- A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management
- Have the technical skills to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including construction drawings and specifications and interpret construction methods
- Be able to understand and follow site HSSE Policies
- Technology competent in using the following Software: Mac OS & MS office suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Competent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and written skills
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$170K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s location, experience, and qualifications.
