Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Lead internal quality audits and support external/customer audits.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Review inspection reports, testing records, and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to drive quality improvements.
- Investigate non-conformities and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
- Support supplier quality management activities, including supplier audits and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other quality methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and quality control methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, EPC, automotive, construction, or related industries.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
