Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to join us for a 12-month FTC.

We are going through an exciting period of organisational transformation which is being shaped by the integration of Workday as our HRIS.

To effectively manage and operate through this period of change, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on project manager to join us, managing the implementation of our Advanced Compensation and L&D Modules.:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and all aspects of the programme (Functional, Technical, Change, Testing, Deployment, Cutover) 
  • Responsible for setting deadlines, evaluating milestones, assigning responsibilities and liaising with Turner & Townsend contacts identified as responsible for sign-off of key deliverables
  • Managing the Turner & Townsend project team, providing guidance and support
  • Responsible for inputting Turner & Townsend owned project activities into the project plan and working with the Deloitte Engagement Manager to baseline the project plan.
  • Tracking progress against the project plan and updating the plan for the duration of the programme, as required
  • Managing agreed solution deliverables and milestones to completion
  • Managing project risks and issues
  • Responsible for managing and inputting into change requests/orders. 
  • Responsible for leading weekly project team meetings re: status reports/progress (supported by PMO). 
  • Liaising with and managing all 3rd party contractors/vendors for Turner & Townsend. 
  • Taking ownership of workshop planning, supported by PMO.
  • Responsible for input into the overall cutover strategy

Qualifications

Hands-on experience on managing large scale implementations of Workday's Advanced Compensation and L&D Modules
