Description du poste
We are looking for a Project HSE Supervisor to join our PJM site-level team and strengthen it. They will be accountable for overseeing and managing site HSE projects in support of a large international Life Sciences account with us in Zurich and Luzern
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Acts as subject matter expert (SME) to drive visible leadership commitment, embedding a culture of safety, health and wellness within the PJM Team and toward suppliers and subcontractors.
- Participates when needed in presentations, consultation meetings, bids, and contract generation to support client buying requirements, expectations, behaviours and associated outcomes.
Ensures project designs are safe, efficient, and incorporate best engineering and compliance practices and meets company safety standards and local standards requirements.
- Ensure that all HSE activities at project level are carried on in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards, and company Environmental and Safety Standards.
- Work closely with site PJM team to ensure site-specific contractor plans and other key CBRE HSE requirements are built into projects and appropriate hierarchy of controls considered, with a concentrated focus on contractor pre-qualification and client project planning requirements.
- Manages, develops and implements HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and HSE needs of the client account.
- Support project teams with task supervision as required.
- Coach and support PJM Team and other stakeholders in executing PJM HSE tools and techniques, so that they understand and embrace their HSE roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company and Client accident reporting, recording and investigation procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills
- A demonstrated passion for HSE and an ability to role model the expected behaviours.
- High level of energy, be self-starters, confident and stable in manner, and be able to prioritise and work on a range of activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and German.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environ, Science, OHS, Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience within pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience in Swiss/Eu regulatory frameworks (optional but valuable)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Client-focused approach.
- Proficient English.
