Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end project management delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and consultants
- Manage project cost, schedule, risk, and quality in accordance with approved baselines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements
- Manage change control, claims, and commercial matters in collaboration with commercial teams
- Support tender proposals, project handovers, and lessons‑learned reviews
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team capability development
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 15 years’ experience in managing advanced manufacturing or large scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required
