Who are you?

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the delivery of project management services across a major client portfolio, ensuring seamless integration across project controls cost management, procurement, and project coordination functions. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to drive performance, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery across project management operations, including cost management, project controls, procurement, and coordination functions.
  • Oversee and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective resourcing and utilization.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, delivery expectations, and performance outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across all projects and programs.
  • Monitor delivery performance, including KPIs, financial performance, and resource planning.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to the growth and development of the account.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or consulting within a complex delivery environment.
  • Proven experience leading integrated teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior client leadership.
  • Experience within corporate/enterprise environments (financial services and banking experience is a strong asset).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams.
