Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice and digital presence of our brand in the UK at a pivotal moment. As Digital Marketing Content Manager, you’ll lead the creation and evolution of our first dedicated UK website — a platform designed to showcase our expertise, strengthen our market position and drive deeper engagement with clients.

You’ll play a central role in transforming complex expertise into compelling digital narratives that influence buying decisions, elevate thought leadership and generate measurable commercial impact. You will also work closely with our Global Senior Digital Content Manager and wider global content community to ensure the UK’s digital presence aligns with international standards while enabling you to tailor content to the needs of the UK market.

This position combines hands‑on content creation with strategic ownership, giving you the autonomy to define content priorities, experiment with new formats and improve the way thousands of users experience our brand.

Key responsibilities:

Content strategy and planning:

  • Develop and execute website content strategy aligned with business and team objectives
  • Identify content opportunities based on client needs, user engagement, industry trends and business priorities
  • Ensure content supports SEO, LLM, lead generation and thought leadership positioning

Content creation and management:

  • Create, edit and publish high-quality, high-performing content including:
    • Website pages / landing pages
    • Insight articles, reports, interviews and thought leadership
    • Project case studies
    • Email campaigns / e-newsletters
  • Translate technical topics from subject matter experts into client-focused content
  • Utilise AI content development tools that the business might be piloting, as appropriate for the type of content being developed
  • Maintain content governance, brand TOV, writing guidelines, brand guidelines, etc.
  • Manage and optimise website content using the CMS, and partner platforms like Vimeo and Everviz
  • Support content needs for campaigns, events, webinars.
  • Maintain accurate records of all photography, video and graphic assets, including source, usage rights, copyright permissions and expiry dates.
  • Ensure all content published on the UK website and related channels complies with licensing agreements, talent/photographer consent requirements and corporate copyright policies.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure all new assets are supplied with correct rights documentation.
  • Support development and curation of visual content (photography, video, graphics) ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.

SEO and analytics:

  • Optimise content for search, working with global marketing and communications team and third-party platform such as Semrush and other AI tools
  • Monitor content performance, provide insightful feedback and use it to inform strategy moving forward
  • Track KPI performance for the website
  • Continuously refine content based on data, insights and performance trends

Collaboration and stakeholder management:

  • Form strong relationships with subject matter expertise to identify content opportunities
  • Work closely with the global marketing and communications team and a future network of like-minded digital marketing content managers in various locations across the globe
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise requests based on the priorities of the business aligned to business development.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in digital content, content marketing or B2B marketing
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco ideally) and marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of analytics platforms
  • Experience with AI content generation and review (desirable)
  • Understanding of SEO / LLM best practices and content analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Experience of working within a regional team in conjunction with a global team
  • Experience of working with localised websites, that are linked to a global website
  • Demonstrated understanding of strong visual design principles, with the ability to recognise and evaluate high-quality assets (photography, video, graphics, etc.)
