Job Description
Turner & Townsend are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Professionals to join our Energy and Natural Resources team.
The Project Controls Professional will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, monitoring, and controlling of projects to achieve desired outcomes.
You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on project control methodologies, tools, and processes.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, possesses exceptional analytical skills, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Offshore or Onshore constructions
- Proven experience in high CAPEX projects offshore (such as wind farms) or onshore (such as combined cycle power plants, LNG, or hydrogen facilities)
- Excellent proficiency in project controls tools and methodologies, including PCon, scheduling, documentation, purchasing/supply chain management, and risk management
- Advanced skills in budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting for large-scale projects
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
- Project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices within the Energy and Natural Resources sector
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget
