Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Quality Assurance and Quality Controls several projects in a programme at different stages through the project life cycle from early-stage development support, pre-construction, construction up to handover to operation.
- Coordination of project team including external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure continuous quality reporting and updates on projects status to senior management.
- Ensure internal communication, co-operation, and co-ordination between the different staff members of the Project and with other parties with interface to the Project.
- Ensure efficient and regular project Quality meetings and recording keeping including minutes and agreed actions. This includes general internal project reporting, project management documentation compilation and maintenance.
- Supporting the tendering processes for small works packages together with Procurement
- Supporting the inputs from technical design team to finalize the design of the projects.
- Using internal tools for project tracking, safety, contract management, risk management etc.
- Plan and develop the Quality Control process/procedures to meet the customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible to ensure that the projects Quality policy is communicated and fully understood by the company's staff
- Ensure that conditions adversely affecting Quality performance are identified and mitigated
- Authorize and empower to initiating remedial action to prevent the occurrence or recurrence of non-compliance with customers, statutory, regulatory, or stated Quality requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
- University degree or equivalent level
- Minimum 10 years work experience in a similar field of managing mixed use development projects.
- Strong communication, relationship building and good management skills including organisational ability and a target oriented; demonstrated ability to prioritize.
- Excellent application of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project (or equivalent), AutoCAD (working knowledge), Share-point and other applications.
- Concisely frame issues by providing context, analysis, recommendations, and risk/benefit, both in written and verbal format to project teams.
- Knowledge of ISO and API requirements
