Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Leadership
Develop and lead procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.
Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance across procurement functions.
Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring efficiency and governance.
Vendor & Contract Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate high-value contracts, prices, and terms to secure best value.
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.
Project & Cost Management Alignment
Collaborate with project management teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets.
Ensure timely availability of materials, services, and resources for smooth project execution.
Oversee procurement for civil, MEP, and specialized project requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain transparency and governance in all procurement processes.
Qualifications
- 18–22 years in procurement, project & cost management, and vendor strategy within infrastructure, EPC, PMC or real estate sectors.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
- Proven track record in large-scale project procurement (infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or real estate).
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP tools.
