Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious professional to help drive growth in our Ireland consultancy team.

As a Senior Consultant within the AMCL Ireland team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading high-profile client engagements, with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metrics
- Using your knowledge and network to identify and secure new opportunities
- Working on projects, shaping solutions to meet client needs and managing delivery teams to achieve the best result for our clients and our people
- Advising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilities
- Developing, leading and managing key relationships
- Driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globe
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience of working on or with asset or infrastructure projects
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs
- Experience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisations
- Ability to balance competing needs and to manage time and workload effectively
- Experience of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions, e.g. PowerBI
- Willingness to travel to better serve our clients and their interests
- Strong commercial awareness
Education and Certifications
- Strong academic background in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field
- Institute of Asset Management Certificate and Diploma (or progressing towards this)
