Job Description

  • Implementation of Health and Safety policies, procedures at site
  • Ensuring the safe construction activities in co-ordination with vendor/contractors and as per client guidelines.
  • Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work
  • Ensuring the safety induction of workers
  • Review the MSRA & HIRA
  • Preparation of reports and client reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Technical Degree in H&S Management, Engineering, or Specialty area (i.e. Industrial    Hygiene, Construction); or three (3) years in H&S management role(s).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial, civil, or technology-related construction sector(s).
  • Fluency in the local language, as well as proficiency in the English language (native or secondary).
  • In-depth knowledge of H&S standards and regulations for the identified country/region.
  • Competency in occupational H&S management systems (i.e. ISO 45001; OHSAS 18001).
  • Proven expertise in hazard risk assessment, safe method working statements, and post-incident root cause analysis.
  • Experience in the evaluation/auditing of CSMPs.
