Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of PMCM activities across construction projects.
  • Develop and enforce PMCM frameworks, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure alignment with contractual obligations, client expectations, and industry best practices.
  • Establish and monitor project performance indicators including schedule adherence, cost control, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess progress and compliance.
  • Identify risks and deviations early, and implement corrective actions to maintain project integrity.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resource allocation and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction
  • Experienced as the PMCM lead role in construction project (in Data Center Project is preferences)
  • Have familiarity of Modular fabrication works
  • Good understanding of PMCM services
  • Good Project Management knowledge and its processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
