Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Readiness and Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning and coordination, process improvement, and regulatory submission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Readiness Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans to ensure smooth transitions from project phases to full-scale production.
  • Resource Planning: Manage resource planning and tracking across multiple teams and projects, leveraging data to support insightful decision making on how to best position key resources.
  • Process Improvement: Experienced in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement PPI (Process Performance Improvement) initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Support planning of CAPA processes and key deliverables to address and prevent quality issues, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Process Performance Qualification (PPQ): Support planning of PPQ activities to validate manufacturing processes and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Regulatory Submission Process: Coordinate and support the planning of regulatory submissions, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning, process improvement, PPI, CAPA, GMP, PPQ, and the regulatory submission process. P6 Planning experience highly desirable, but training and support can be provided.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all activities.
