Job Description

 

  1. Lead the Hi-tech manufacturing client sectors for BIM
  2. Lead client engagements and providing technical delivery and assurance of projects
  3. Provide Monthly reports to service leads and clients
  4. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
  5. Establish client relationships, while maintaining and developing existing relationships
  6. Contribute to business development activities and proposal writing
  7. Contribute towards BIM strategic document templates
  8. Integrate with the other digital service teams
  9. Peer review work produced by team maintaining quality measures
  10. Manage team members and support their personal goals
  11. Perform consultant BIM training
  12. Carry out research and development of emerging technologies
  13. Act as an ambassador for the digital services delivered by company

 

RELATED OCCUPATION:

BIM Specialist/Consultant or any other job title performing the following  job duties:

  1. Set up and coordinate models across multiple disciplines for BIM projects
  2. Populate BIM Execution Plan template, Revit templates, BIM standards and workflows for projects
  3. Facilitate collaboration and clash detection meetings for projects
  4. Conduct quantity take-offs from BIM models
  5. Review standard compliance for models and validate BIM data
  6. Perform BIM data analysis on models and provide client visualization dashboards
  7. Create customized tools for client’s automation workflows

 

JOB TIME:    Full Time

SALARY RANGE: $158,000 to $185,000/year

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation
