• Coordinate contract drafting using client model contracts library
• Develop contract pricing section
• Develop instructions to tenderers and proformas of tender
• Implement Tender Evaluation Plan including tender evaluation model and obtain stakeholder internal Tender Board endorsement
• Issue tender via client electronic tender and contract management system
• Manage all tender correspondences including responses to pre-submission tenderer enquiries and issuance of tender circulars / addendums
• Co-ordinate all post-submission technical and commercial clarification registers
• Prepare responses for all commercial, finance and legal qualifications and expedite responses from other disciplines (e.g. technical, HSE)
• Manage post submission clarification meetings formal record keeping with minutes of meeting
• Coordinate tender evaluation against the approved tender evaluation model
• Lead final negotiation rounds with shortlisted tenderers in form of parallel commercial dialogues
• Prepare and present associated tender board submissions
• The Senior Contract Engineer is expected to co-author input with the contract Engineer and coach on tender management best practices

• Min 15 years relevant experience; > 10 years O&G experience;
• Must be able/willing to relocate to Brunei for min 12 months, within the next 8-12 weeks.
