Job Description
We are seeking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our consulting team in Munich. You may also operate within wider Turner & Townsend project teams from other business units and European countries:
- Data analysis and technical support for our commissions for a a wide range of construction projects of all sizes and dimensions.
- Building dashboards and visualisations using a variety of tools as well as managing data capture and validation.
- Supporting the development of our analysis and modelling capabilities.
- Developing multi-faceted reports with recommendations to senior management
- Interaction with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Providing technical expertise and support to non-experts.
- Developing multi-faceted reports with recommendations to senior management
- Preparing presentation and other materials for client pitches.
- Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database tools.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics etc. preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst in a construction related environment.
- Strong analytic and numeracy skills with the ability to understand and present data in different representations.
- Demonstrable track record in Data Analysis; identifying requirements and documenting these using the appropriate types of tools and documentation.
- Strong communicator, (both written and verbal), with fluent English language skills and a good command of German language (min. B2) to liaise with the clients, contractors and designers.
