Job Description
The role will involve leading assignments by taking responsibility for different parts and ensuring that the customer's requirements are met and that the projects are delivered to the time, quality and budget requirements set.
The project manager handles assignments of different sizes and complexities. The projects may include, but are not limited to, acting as the customer's representative in different types of projects.
The person should have a solid basic knowledge of the construction process and want to work in a consulting environment with both local and international customers where you should be able to work at a high pace. Being able to work solution-oriented is an important characteristic.
Project manager:
- Identify the overall success criteria for the project; time, cost and technical requirements
- Be responsible for ensuring that the project's requirements and regulatory requirements regarding quality, safety, health and environment are met by the entire project organization
- Plan and organize the project and its processes and systems in order for it to progress according to the set goals
- Establish and update Project Schedules;
- Understand the project's boundaries and requirements based on local legal requirements and standards.
- Assist and plan regarding the purchase of different types of resources
- Lead and coordinate your project organization/team
- Responsible for the project's financial follow-up with forecasts, reports and follow-up towards budget and goals.
- Responsible for EAT management
- Manage project communication between team and customer, through regular meetings and written communication.
- Act as the "main point of contact" between the Customer, consultants, landlords and contractors at all stages of the project.
Qualifications
- Have a relevant master's or bachelor's degree in engineering
- Have at least 5+ years of work experience as a project manager or equivalent in the construction industry
- Meritorious if you have experience of the consultant role
- Is customer-oriented and you like to create relationships
- You master the Swedish and English language both in writing and orally.
- It is a merit if you have specialist knowledge, such as Environmental certification, KA according to PBL, BAS-P / U, Inspector, etc.
