Due to our continuing growth in the European data center market, Turner & Townsend now seeks to hire a highly skilled and motivated Data Center Director who will lead a talented team in the development of a number of large complex data center projects in Paris. 

The key requirements for this role include:

• Proven track record in program management, with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale data center projects.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on driving the team to achieve its goals.
• Strategic vision and the ability to shape the future of our French and wider European businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local stakeholders and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
• Sound financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of data center construction and project management principles.
• Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for data center construction in France.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required for this role.
