Our Programme Advisory team focusses on orchestrating complex strategy, set-up and transformations for public and private sector clients enabling the successful delivery of major and giga programmes in-kingdom.
Our continued success is driving the expansion of our Strategy & Transformation KSA team (role family, part of Programme Advisory) in Riyadh and we are seeking to recruit talented individuals, who feel their experience and capabilities will enable successful strategy, set-up and transformations of major programmes and asset owning enterprises.

Job Description
As a consultant you will get the opportunity to work across several high-profile infrastructure, real estate or natural resources projects, for both private and public clients (Middle East - KSA), supporting the team to successfully deliver and business transformation and Organisational Effectiveness advisory services covering organisational design and development, capability enhancement, workforce transformation aligned to a new operating model, culture change aligning behaviours, processes, systems.
As part of our Organisational Effectiveness Advisory team you will be expected to contribute across several areas, including:
- Contribute to the assessment of each client environment and their current challenges and support in utilising our structured approach to discover, deliver and implement a ‘people – Humans at the heart’ solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve the desired benefits and outcomes;
- Understand the client’s business model and operating environment to create tailored solutions that will assist the transformation requirements
- Contribute to the development, implementation and optimisation of their Organisational Design and development related strategies;
- Integrate best practice organisational design and effectiveness principles into the design and delivery of transformation programmes
- Define and write-up of reports to support findings and recommendations across various stages of client engagement;
- Engage in delivery of workshops in a mix of virtual and face-to-face environments with Sr. (C-suite) client representatives;
- Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and as well virtually;
- Build strong working relationships with a focus on client care utilising excellent communication and influencing skills to support clients through their challenges and support successful realisation of outcomes;
- Contribute key activities within the Programme Advisory team including internal development of methodologies, product toolkits;
- Contribute to various business generation activities such as bids, proposals, etc and work closely alongside Senior Management and the wider Turner & Townsend team;
- Contribute to marketing and social media campaigns (employee advocacy) through thought leadership, where appropriate;
- Contribute to the technical and behavioural development of the team through coaching and mentoring;
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in line with the below, but we are open to enthusiastic and determined individuals who have high ambitions and a growth mindset keen on building a successful consultancy career within the construction industry, enabling clients to achieve successful outcomes through the Organisational Effectiveness lens.
- 4+ years industry experience (Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable);
- Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes in positions covering one or more roles within the Organisational Design and Development environment) in the Infrastructure, Real Estate or Natural Resources;
- Experience of delivering and managing complex business - organisational transformation programmmes in the construction industry;
- Experience and knowledge related to the common external factors and key triggers that drive organisational change and how this can relate to the client context
- Experience in organisation design and development aligning strategy to structure and relevant activity to increase performance
- Experience of cultural change and or using cultural diagnostic methodologies and tools
- Experience in organisational change experience, particularly in designing and implementing people change initiatives such as change impact and readiness assessments, transition planning, learning and development analysis, consultation strategy and planning, staff engagement and communications
- Experience with writing/presenting reports and ability to navigate through complex stakeholder environments and engage (as required) with C-suite level, executive client teams;
- Computer literacy in Office 365 applications, diagramming tools such as Visio, online whiteboarding tools such as Miro, team collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams or specialist Organisational Effectiveness tools – Insights Discovery, Culture and Behavioural assessment tools or mapping – country, corporate, team levels or others
- CMI, CIPD or similar certification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
