Who are you?

You are a Submittal Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. 

Job Description

As a Submittal Coordinator, you will be involved in:

  •  Liaise with the team of professional engineers and supports the Engineering Managers in allreporting and deliverables.
  • Liaise closely with the Engineering team for day-to-day tasks and requirements.
  •  Lead and coordinate the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
  •  Coordinates drawings and other deliverables.
  • Performs pre-quality check on documents prior to issue to document control.
  • Identify bottleneck areas and alerting management
  •  Developing the appropriate templates and processes to deliver quality reports
  • Be a team Leader to ensure all deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Technical Writer, Submittal Coordinator or similar position.
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented and skilled in setting priorities.
  • Ability to learn fast, maintain quality and efficiency, apply acquired knowledge and train others.
  • proficient understanding of contract administration systems (i.e. Unifier, CM 14, ProjectWise).
  •  Ability to help coworkers in a professional and concerned manner.
  •  Excellent analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills; oral and written communication skills.
