As we move forward with the expansion of our European business, we seek an experienced PROJECT DIRECTOR with experience in CSA and/or MEP systems to manage and deliver high value packages of works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of all aspects of the Project in collaboration with the client, your team, GC, and sub contractors
• Ensuring that all resources necessary are in place and to agreed specification.
• Maintain a close view on cost reporting on all parts of the project.
• Manage/motivate employees to achieve results / deadlines.
• Manage contractors and client expectations.
• Achieve project and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to Safety on projects under your control.
• Lead weekly and ad-hoc Meeting with key stakeholders to review – reviews, progress, issues, procurement, resources, change, and risks.

Key Criteria for the Role:

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to work well within strict deadlines
• Ability to drive a large-scale project
• Large MEP / CSA Projects experience
• Hi Tech Industrial, Manufacturing, or Pharma construction experience
• Track record in successful delivery of large-scale construction projects
• Ability to build a team when required
