Job Description
Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Primary role as support for the team’s main web-based application and reporting requirements - full training provided.
- Monitoring the team mailbox and resolving any supplier issues, such as investigating / resolving / escalating any queries the users have.
- Document production: creation and maintenance of ‘user guides / FAQs’ for common tasks.
- Updating the team audit checklists as required.
- Creating H&S bulletin receipting events on the online database as new bulletins are published.
- Analysing trends and key metrics of internal performance data and external quality inspections.
- Maintaining database of suppliers in the supply chain management tool.
- Production and maintenance of a wide variety of both internal and external reports for H&S and QA workstreams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on innovations and new methods / tools.
- Assist in the generation of client invoicing templates.
- Any ad-hoc duty as required by the team in a general support role.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisation and time management is essential due to variety of tasks required.
- Ability to work under pressure, be discrete with handling confidential information, and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly IT competent as majority of tasks are generally based on online tool, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Competent knowledge of Office 365 packages – Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel knowledge is essential (eg complex formulae and collating information across multiple data sources).
- Experience in data sanitising, manipulation and understanding of data relationships is essential.
- Some PowerBI experience is essential
- Some large invoice template generation experience highly desirable
- Project management support experience is desirable but not essential.
