Job Description
We will consider candidates based in Leeds or Manchester
- Provide support to the QHSE PM with the planning of Quality Inspections.
- Scheduling of sites using google maps and googledocs
- Booking access to site using various portals such as ADC Build, Cellnex, WIG, Cell:CM. AP Wireless etc.
- Booking NSA permits using the remedy portal.
- Updating generic RAMS templates for each site visit.
- Attend internal and client meetings – both office based and virtual.
- Raise PO’s and update internal finance records for site visits with additional costs.
- Building weekly schedules for the on-site auditors.
- Day to Day communications with the on-site auditors.
- Track delayed and blocked sites and report them into the PMO.
- Book travel and accommodation for our auditors using internal systems.
- Track the auditors training expiry dates and book refresher courses when required.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the telecoms sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, specifically Word and Excel.
