Job Description

  • Select subcontractors 
  • Oversee the hospital construction from start to finish 
  • Negotiate costs within the scope of the projects
  • Manage schedules and budgets
  • Take control of project elements
  • Provide technical input and ensure safe working environment in accordance with company procedures
  • Oversee delivery of construction activities and resolving all issues related to construction 

 

Qualifications

  • You must have at least Bachelor’s degree in the Built Environment, Construction Management or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience in a similar role  
  • Strong knowledge of construction contract law
