Job Description
- Select subcontractors
- Oversee the hospital construction from start to finish
- Negotiate costs within the scope of the projects
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Take control of project elements
- Provide technical input and ensure safe working environment in accordance with company procedures
- Oversee delivery of construction activities and resolving all issues related to construction
Qualifications
- You must have at least Bachelor’s degree in the Built Environment, Construction Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 8 years proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction contract law
