This position also supports post-acquisition IT integrations by onboarding newly acquired agencies into Trucordia’s standardized environment, including migrations, identity cleanup, endpoint onboarding, and system alignment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on administrator with strong troubleshooting skills, solid Microsoft 365 experience, and the ability to work effectively in complex environments.
This mid-level role requires someone who can work independently, resolve escalated issues, document work clearly, and contribute to broader integration efforts. We are seeking someone that is dependable, security-minded, and capable of delivering consistent, high-quality support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer and support core enterprise systems including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage identities, user accounts, groups, licenses, mailboxes, permissions, devices, policies, and access controls across enterprise platforms.
- Lead and support tenant-to-tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 services using tools such as AvePoint, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, ShareGate, or similar solutions.
- Assist with post-acquisition IT integrations including identity alignment, directory cleanup, endpoint onboarding, mailbox migration, access management, and platform standardization.
- Troubleshoot issues across identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, endpoint management, device compliance, and user access while partnering with internal IT teams to resolve escalations.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to support automation, reporting, provisioning, license management, validation, and migration activities.
- Monitor system health, service availability, and alerts; support security and compliance standards; and perform regular system maintenance including patching, updates, and change control.
- Create and maintain documentation and support materials; provide post-migration and operational support; identify process improvements; and help standardize tools, policies, and procedures across acquired organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of systems administration, infrastructure, or enterprise IT experience.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Experience managing users, groups, permissions, mailboxes, licensing, devices, policies, and access controls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, endpoint management, licensing, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell for administration, automation, and reporting.
- Experience with endpoint management, device compliance, application deployment, and configuration management.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical teams, vendors, and end users; willingness to travel up to 10 to 20 percent as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant or large-scale email and collaboration migrations using tools such as AvePoint, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, ShareGate, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting IT integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, business consolidations, or platform standardization efforts.
- Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or legal, with insurance industry experience preferred.
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, endpoint management, security, or Azure.
- Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools, including Conditional Access, Defender, Purview, retention, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention.
