- Orientation Note: Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day.
- Hourly Wage: LPN = $35.50/hr RN = $44/hr
- Shift: 8 hour shifts; NOC/Overnights
- Schedule: 11pm-7am, with an every-other weekend rotation

Floor Nurse (RN or LPN) - Deliver Compassionate Care in Skilled Nursing
At our Skilled Nursing Facility, RNs and LPNs play a vital role in helping older adults recover, maintain dignity, and live safely - whether they’re here for short-term rehab or long-term memory care. You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, teamwork, and consistent quality care.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide safe, person-centered nursing care tailored to older adults’ needs
- Administer medications and treatments following individualized care plans
- Monitor resident progress and promptly address changes in condition
- Collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, and physicians as part of the care team
- Help maintain a calm, respectful, and safe environment for all residents
- Document care accurately using electronic health records (PCC)

Qualifications
Floor Nurse: We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.
What we need from you:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
- Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred
- Experience with the behavioral health population is helpful as well
- Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
