Additional Information

About our facility:

This is a new 68 bed facility.  While licensed as a skilled nursing facility, we only focus on the short term rehab patient.  This is NOT a long term care facility.  The average length of stay is 4-17 days.  Most of our “guests” will be joining us after an orthopedic surgery or after a medically complex stay in a hospital.  We are here to bridge the gap from hospital to home, and make it a smoother, safer, transition on the road to recovery.

  • Prior experience in an admissions position in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Rehab Center is a must.
