Job Description

  • Design and write the UAT (User Acceptance Test) strategy;
  • Manage projects between different departments;
  • Enforce special project perimeters and deadlines;
  • Ensure communications with internal and external project stakeholders;
  • Follow-up and manage with the supplier, within the agreed deadlines. This includes tracking new application releases, open bugs, change requests and the roadmap for the next few years;
  •  Write procedures, user guides and documentation required for transition to teams;
  • Responsible for training the various teams;
  • Ensure the updating and mastery of government requirements concerning Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs);
  • Participate in production planning and strategy;
  • Participate in the stabilization of the application following deployment;
  • Support operational production;
  • Maintain the system and provide quick and concise solutions to incidents.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PNT and PNC collective agreements;
  • Knowledge of AIMS software;
  • Bilingualism essential; written and spoken (French and English);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent mobilizing leadership and decision-making skills;
  • Determined to find solutions quickly with suppliers;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Significant proficiency in the use of technological tools and software;
  • Strong research and rapid problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of relational databases; (An asset)
  • Experience in developing dashboards and data visualization tools; (An asset)
  • Understanding of business context, project scope and rationale;
  • Known ability to speak in front of people.

The workplace is located at 5959 Côte-Vertu, with the possibility of telework in hybrid mode.
