Job Description

  • Welcome, inform and direct the passengers at the check-in counter.
  • Register the passengers as well as their luggage in the computer system.
  • Verifies all travel documents;
  • At the gates, the passenger agent will proceed to the various announcements.
  • Assists passengers at arrivals and departures (unaccompanied minors, passengers needing wheelchairs, etc.).
  • Conform to the legal rules pertinent to the airport industry, Health and Safety at work as well as all the other company’s policies and work procedures.
  • Be able to react properly in case of emergency and apply the measures to be taken.
  • All other tasks necessary for the good operation of the Passenger Service Department.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, studies in tourism, an asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English);
  • Customer service experience;
  • Demonstrate judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a RAIC card
  • Must be available to work on various shifts (day, evening, night, week-ends, holidays). Must be available 24/7
  • Complete and successfully pass the initial training to obtain the passenger service agent positon.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
