Job Description

Air Transat’s Hours and Flight Credits’ department is looking for a dynamic person to join its team.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • With the AIMS system, the coordinator is responsible for the updates of the actual flight times operated by crew members;
  • Teamwork will be necessary in order to accomplish the various tasks required to meet the pay deadlines for crew members;
  • The incumbent will also answer crew members’ questions relating to the timesheets.
  • All other related tasks

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • You are familiar with various software;
  • You are able to offer an excellent customer service to crew members;
  • You enjoy work requiring attention to detail;
  • You able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule deadlines;
  • You are bilingual (French/English);
  • You are available to work on different shifts.
