Team 
This growing team is focused on exponentially scaling the enterprise sales pipeline to enable the field sales force to execute on the revenue growth plan for the company. The extended business development team includes demand generation strategy, tight collaboration with marketing, and a group of team members that focuses on building pipeline through channel partners.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research concepts and create mock ups and design ideas for campaigns.
  • Design multimedia content using various platforms, software and equipment.
  • Deliver our multimedia activities including videos, content for social media, campaigns and website.
  • Continuously think of creative ideas to move our campaigns and marketing forward, researching our sector, clients, competitors, industry trends for inspiration.
  • Ensure the Tradeshift brand and image is consistent across all multimedia activities.
  • Support in the creation of proposals for new business including ideas and concepts for pitches and presentations.
  • Provide insights to the team on new design trends and ideas.
  • Represent the company in a range of internal and external activities including networking, events & liaising with external agencies.
  • Establish and maintain a programme of continuing personal and professional development.
  • Continuously keep ahead of digital, design and marketing trends by spending time on R&D which will support both the company and our clients.

Qualifications

Let’s Connect If You…

  • Either have a year's experience in a graphic design, digital, web or multimedia role, or have high achievement in A Levels, HND, BA (Hons) or equivalent qualification in Design/Digital/Multimedia.
  • Are happy to experience the full creative process from initial brief, concept to launch and delivery and presenting those ideas internally and externally.
  • Have an impressive portfolio demonstrating experience in creativity and working on multimedia projects.
  • Exhibit a highly competitive and creative personality
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate empathy and listening to join the dots, matching needs with solutions
  • Want to help colleagues adapt, learn and grow
  • Are looking for a ‘better way’ - whether that’s in processes, skills or other things.

  • Have experience using industry standard tools such as Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and more.
