Job Description

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about doing the right thing and making things better for not only our company but everyone who uses our technology. Reporting to the VP of People Operations, you will collaborate with our Executive Team and the Compensation Committee. We are looking for a hands-on leader to develop, design, and execute on our Total Rewards roadmap and oversee our HR Operations team. You will be given the opportunity to do some really great work, so we need someone excited about doing great things, who can bring in new ideas and new ways of doing things, who knows when to go with best practices and when to go and create them yourself. We are not satisfied with the status quo, and neither should you.

More specifically, success in the role will be found by:

  • Supporting all global compensation processes and programs: base and variable pay, merit, promotions, and equity

  • Forecasting, proposing, and establishing a long-term compensation and equity strategy roadmap that is competitive in the marketplace while keeping in mind our equity pool
  • Leading our global international compensation and benefits programs for the organization, maintaining a strong partnership with your international colleagues. Ensuring compliance with local employment regulations

  • Driving a strategy and plan to ensure pay equity across all demographics

  • Partnering with Finance and Sales Operations to assist in the design of sales compensation plans

  • Demonstrating an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on results and developing high performing team members.

  • Overseeing the company's benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement programs in 15+ countries, ensuring compliance and cost competitiveness.

  • Managing our 401(k) plan and oversee other global pension plans. This includes the annual audit of the plans, as required.

  • Building deep and trusted partnerships with executives, senior leaders, and people team leaders across the organization.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and analytic models to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends.

  • Taking a calculated risk and choose options that maximize the benefits and minimize the losses for the company.

  • Building out dashboards to provide visibility on pay parity and progression metrics to support our efforts for a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.

  • Supporting all global compensation processes and programs (base and variable pay, merit, promotions, equity, etc.), currently in Workday Advanced Compensation module

Qualifications

In order to succeed in the role, you will need to bring a:

  • Demonstrated experience (15+ years) designing and executing comprehensive Total Reward strategies in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

  • Track record of working effectively with others in the pursuit of common goals by finding ways to help the team perform effectively.

  • Multiple experiences leveraging data to make recommendations and decisions including with the C-suite and Board

  • Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and inspire trust and confidence both internally and externally

  • Significant experience building and running compensation programs such as merit and equity refresh

  • Analytically driven; expert in Excel and Google Sheets and experience using Radford

  • Deep, demonstrated understanding of stock options, RSUs, and other equity offerings

  • Understanding of SaaS compensation models and how to implement them for maximum success

  • Ability to influence C-level Executives and Board Members

  • Strong business acumen, financially astute, and detail-oriented

  • Growth mindset, sense of curiosity, and dedication to the team’s success
