Overseeing and managing the transition of projects from implementation to the operational phase. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing the transition process, ensuring a smooth handover and successful operationalization of the deliverables. The Transition Lead shall work closely with project teams, operational stakeholders, and other key personnel to ensure a seamless and efficient transition.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the operations team to develop a clear and well-defined transition process and procedure for the smooth handover of projects.
• Lead Transition Team from different technology disciplines, such as 5G, Fiber, Network, Satellite, and Datacenter. Foster collaboration, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Develop comprehensive transition plans, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and activities required for a successful transition from project to operation.
• Collaborate with project teams, operational stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment, gather requirements, and address concerns throughout the transition process.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources to support the transition activities. Ensure that adequate resources are available for a smooth handover.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management, telecommunications).
• 10+ years in telecommunication projects delivery and transition.
• Proven experience in project management and transition management roles, demonstrating the ability to successfully lead and execute complex technology transitions.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in 5G technology, Fiber, Network, VOIP, Data center and Satellite technology, showcasing a deep understanding and expertise in these areas.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team from different technology disciplines.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
• Certified in Project Management Tools & Processes.
• Relevant certifications in 5G technology, Fiber, Network, VOIP, and Satellite technology
• Knowledge of Quality processes, Six Sigma & Lean etc.
• Fluency in English (required)
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or Middle East
• Exposure to international business and international projects
