Job Description
As the Regional Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians, fostering a high-performing and motivated team environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality and timely issue resolution.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, streamlining processes, and managing resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the broader service management team to implement and improve service strategies.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
- Take part in various projects where your competence will contribute to the Business Unit’s results
Qualifications
Your profile
- Proven experience in service management or a similar role, ideally with field service teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Technical proficiency and understanding of service-related processes.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region.
- Ability to visit the Warsaw office once per week.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
