Stellenbeschreibung
Als IT-Solution Specialist Werkstudent für das firmeninterne LMS (Litmos) unterstützt du deine Kollegen mit alltäglichen Aufgaben. Diese beinhalten:

• Bearbeitung von Support Tickets (auf Englisch):
  • Hilf Mitarbeitern, die Fragen zum LMS haben.
  • Erledige Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. User zu Teams im System hinzuzufügen).
  • Löse Probleme mit vorhandener Dokumentation
  • Hilf Usern die Formulare zu finden, die sie benötigen um IT-Services anzufordern.
  • Sammle notwendige Informationen von Usern um Projekte und Aufgaben voran zu bringen.

• Content Creation:
  • Erstelle kleine, simple eLearning Kurse mit Hilfe des LMS eigenen Tools (Litmos Content Author Tool).
  • Erstelle Screenshots von LMS Funktionalitäten und Arbeitsabläufen. 
  • Hilf eLearning Kurse zu testen.
  • Kontrolliere die Qualität von Kursen und Texten.

• Dokumentation:
  • Erstelle How Tos und dokumentiere Arbeitsabläufe.
  • Entwirf informative Texte für Sharepoint Seiten.
  • Technische Hilfe.
  • Hilf unseren Kurserstellern dabei, Kurse korrekt aufzusetzen.

Qualifikationen und Vorraussetzungen

• Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
• Du lebst in der Nähe von Mülheim-Kärlich und bist bereit hauptsächlich vor Ort zu arbeiten.
• Du bist Student in Koblenz (Hochschule oder Universität) mit einem informatiknahen Studiengang. Psychologie oder Pädagogik mit hoher technischer Affinität sind ebenfalls geeignet.
• Interesse und Begabung dafür, sich in neue Themen und Technologien einzuarbeiten.
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office von Vorteil
