About the role

We have an incredible role for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor to join our fun, down to earth and hard-working P&O team. If you like a dynamic, every day can be different environment, and enjoy some banter along the way then we'd love to hear from you!

At TOMRA Food we are committed to our brand and as we continue to invest globally, we are looking for a passionate and driven HR Advisor. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:

• Provide first level HR advice, support and coaching to our managers on a broad range of complex HR issues and practices, building capability, and offering solutions in accordance with relevant procedure, policy, and legislation
• Under the mentorship and direction of People and Organisation team to provide internal and external partners with timely advice on employment matters and interpretation legislation obligations.
• Support a range of HR initiatives and projects
• End to end management of the employee lifecycle ensuring a high-quality service for the business.

About you:

• Passionate about people and the environment
• 3+ Years of HR experience
• Experience in a high-growth and agile organisation in a similar role
• Strong relationship-building skills to inspire change and partner effectively across all levels of the business
• Working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar
