Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Specialist your task is to build a talent pool TOMRA Collection can utilize to hire the right people at the right time. You will report to Githa Brusch Trapnes, SVP, Head of People and Organization. She’s a really nice and very competent Danish lady with a lot of TOMRA knowledge and very good leadership skills. We thought that might be important for you to know.

The strategy part:

  • Have a finger on the pulse of the organization to know which talents and competencies will be needed in the organizational growth to come
  • Develop a hiring strategy

Developing a candidate pool:

  • Be where the potential is and convince them to join the Resource Revolution
  • Represent TOMRA on job fairs, at universities and colleges to attract candidates
  • Run candidate searches on job platforms, and hunt the heads TOMRA cannot live without

Recruitment:

  • Support the hiring managers with recruitment processes
  • Create innovative and fair hiring processes

Events & network:

  • Partner with Employer Branding Manager to identify and organize recruiting events in relevant arenas
  • Build and nurture relevant media, academia, and business network

Qualifications

There are some non-negotiables in order to start as Talent Acquisition Specialist at TOMRA Collection:

  • You should embrace our values and feel motivated by our company’s purpose
  • We really need you to have full English and Norwegian language proficiency, written and spoken
  • You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • You are an expert in utilizing social media platforms for our purposes, and you have relevant prior experience in the recruitment field
