Your playing field: 

• We love what we do: You will design high performing Java-based services in a complex system landscape. 

• You will be involved in the concept, design and implementation of modern software solutions. 

• You will contribute to our new technology stack as well as maintaining the existing legacy system.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch: 

• Education. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 5 years of proven professional experience in Software Development. 

• Experience. Ideally, you bring a solid background in processing money transactions within Casino, Sportsbook or FinTech environments. 

• Architecture. You have experience with fault-tolerant architectures with strong data consistency and idempotency guarantees. 

• Development. You have strong development skills in Java 18-25 or .NET, enjoy solving complex problems and know how to build scalable systems. 

• Cloud. You’ll be working in a cloud-first environment, so hands-on experience with AWS or Azure is key. 

• Databases. You have strong database fundamentals, with a focus on performance engineering, query optimization and execution plan analysis, as well as expertise in indexing strategies such as composite, covering and partial indexes. 

• Storage. You understand storage-aware design, including how to balance read and write loads and design schemas that remain fast at scale. 

• MongoDB. Experience with MongoDB is a strong advantage. Experience with ClickHouse or analytical SQL is nice to have. 

• Containers. You have knowledge of virtualization and containerized applications. 

• Linux. You have basic knowledge of Linux.
