Job Description

At Tieto, we are looking for an IT Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our technology solutions and services portfolio.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with experience in IT sales, business development, or technology solutions, eager to work in a dynamic, customer-focused, and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored IT solutions that support customer success and business growth.

Working closely with technical and marketing teams, you will drive sales initiatives, understand client needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to the expansion of our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential business clients interested in IT products and technology solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Analyze client requirements and recommend tailored IT products and service solutions
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed established sales goals and performance KPIs
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Provide ongoing customer support and ensure excellent client satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to improve offerings and sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology-focused commercial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid technical understanding of IT systems, software solutions, and infrastructure environments
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective business solutions
  • Advanced level of English

Nice to Have

Experience working in B2B technology or digital services environments
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools
Knowledge of market analysis and competitive research practices
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and target-oriented environments
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
