Experience Required: 4–8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end feature development, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Logical abilities
- Independently deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Maintain and enhance existing product releases, ensuring stability and performance.
- Drive technical excellence through adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and framework-level thinking to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, scalability, and security are considered during development.
Required Technical Skills:
- Full stack developer
- Frontend Development: Proficient in Angular, with strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Backend Development: Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and RESTful API development.
- Database: Good understanding of any Structured Query Language and relational database concepts.
- Software Design: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, knowledge of micro services and software architecture.
- Testing: Experience with any unit testing frameworks.
- DevOps & Containers: Preferred to have working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
- Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code from the outset.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to Code generation using AI enabled tools like Github Co-pilot will be added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Passion for modern tools, technologies, and engineering excellence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and quality.
- Domain Advantage:
- Experience in the Healthcare domain will be considered a strong plus.
