You will be part of a skilled development team working on enterprise incentive compensation and performance management solutions, contributing to both new development and ongoing system enhancements.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Varicent Developer

You join a skilled team of developers, architects, and analysts where you learn new things with your colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop system components aligned with overall architecture
• Contribute to end-to-end development including design, implementation, and integration
• Prototype user interfaces where required
• Build, unit test, and integrate solution components
• Maintain and enhance existing software components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Varicent Developer
• Strong experience in software design and development within enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience in building, testing, and integrating application components
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and collaboration skills

You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
