If so, you might be the Product Manager we are looking for in our EIX (Energy Information eXchange) team.
At BIX/Multichannel, part of Tieto Indtech, we develop platforms that enable secure, standardized, and business-critical information exchange across the Nordic and European energy markets. As Product Manager EIX, you will drive product innovation, strengthen customer partnerships, and support the continued growth of our offering—working at the intersection of business, regulation, and technology, with a strong focus on data-driven services, automation, and real-time operational insights.
Your role
You will shape the product strategy and roadmap for EIX, translating customer needs, market developments, and business opportunities into valuable products and services.
You will work with:
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer partnerships to understand business needs, identify new opportunities, and ensure high customer value and satisfaction across the Nordic and European energy markets
- Drive continued product innovation, AI-enabled services, and future growth within the EIX offering and creating valuable new capabilities and services for customers
- Drive product strategy, business growth, and market expansion in close collaboration with customers, partners, sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and competitive EIX offering
Your main responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EIX to ensure a stable, scalable, and competitive EIX offering
- Set priorities and make trade-offs based on customer value, business impact, and market opportunities
- Build strong customer partnerships and identify new business opportunities
- Drive product innovation, including AI-enabled and data-driven services
- Collaborate across teams to support growth, scalability, and product success
What we are looking for
You have solid experience in the energy-market, customer relationships, and a strong product leadership mindset with experience from software product management. You know how to set direction in line with the business strategy, prioritize well, make trade-offs, and drive results.
Experience from the energy, utilities, or regulated infrastructure sectors is required. Knowledge of energy-market messaging, API integrations, measurement data, AI, and regulatory-driven digitalization is considered a strong advantage. Relevant domain knowledge includes:
- Energy-market messaging, interoperability, and API integrations
- Nordic or European energy-market processes and regulatory frameworks
- Measurement data handling and data-driven solutions
- Utility or infrastructure SaaS platforms and Business Information Exchange services
- Cybersecurity and compliance requirements within critical infrastructure environments (e.g. NIS2)
Language skills
Strong English and Nordic language skills are required. German language skills are considered a plus.
Location
We offer a hybrid working model but prefer candidates living close to one of our development hubs in the Nordics, especially Stockholm, Oslo, or Helsinki.
