Join our Tokyo team to proactively expand our Japanese expert network. This role is critical to strengthening our competitive position in the Japanese market, particularly as our business focuses on supporting sophisticated clients who require deep, localized market expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute proactive recruitment strategies to expand the Japanese expert network.

• Conduct offline sourcing activities, including attending industry exhibitions and networking events.

• Organize and host expert events to generate referrals and strengthen relationships within the network.

• Spearhead content creation initiatives by utilizing AI interviews, working cross-functionally with the Library team to enrich our content base.

• Utilize research tools beyond LinkedIn to identify and engage potential experts.

• Conduct deep-dive research to identify and recruit highly specialized industry experts.

• Achieve individual performance targets based on the number of experts recruited.

• Work collaboratively with the team while operating independently from specific client projects.

• Native or fluent Japanese required.

• Basic English proficiency for internal communication.

• Highly outgoing and comfortable engaging with professionals across industries.

• Strong networking ability and confidence in initiating conversations.

• Strong attention to detail with the patience and persistence required for deep-dive research.

• Must be based in Tokyo to support offline sourcing and networking activities.

• Salary: JPY 300,000 per month (Additional Performance-based bonus tied to individual recruitment targets)
